Spacious holiday home on a quiet park with a large private garden Close to a beautiful lake with sandy beach, lovely restaurant, beach-club, working windmill and a massive indoor play barn. Everything is only a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a walking & cycling path all round the lake which links up to many regional and national cycle ways and gets you into the centre of Winterswijk in about 10 minutes where you can indulge in shopping, culture, food and the local nightlife.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. It is, for example, 12 km from Coesfeld, about 20 km from Winterswijk NL and invites you to take extensive cycling tours (100 Castles Route; Flamingo Route, etc.).
