On all other days, it is also possible earlier. Just let us know quickly when you will arrive. Our house is the perfect base for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature. Here you will find peace and relaxation in the midst of the mountains. A place to feel good. In summer, you can set off on leisurely hikes right from your doorstep. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all the cable cars for free in summer, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, you can expect ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and beautiful winter hiking trails amidst the snow-covered natural landscape.

In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Cosy 50 m² holiday flat on the first floor in a very quiet location, with its own entrance. The property comprises a separate bedroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette, and a small bathroom. Since this year, a unique, covered outdoor loggia has been built. It provides a special place to unwind in the heart of nature, whatever the weather. The garden can also be used. In the loggia, you can hear the rippling of the spring and, at the same time, the ringing of the cowbells.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

The apartment is located on our farm. Therefore, it could be that you occasionally become acquainted with "Allgäu scents" and tractor noises ;-) Our accommodation offers a double bed (180-200) and a sofa bed (140-200). Ideal for 3-4 people. In about 15 minutes' walk you will find the famous "Eistobel" or by car, for example, Lake Constance, Alpsee Bergwelt, Skywalk are easily accessible.

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.
