Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Gestratz - At home in nature

Cosy 50 m² holiday flat on the first floor in a very quiet location, with its own entrance. The property comprises a separate bedroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette, and a small bathroom. Since this year, a unique, covered outdoor loggia has been built. It provides a special place to unwind in the heart of nature, whatever the weather. The garden can also be used. In the loggia, you can hear the rippling of the spring and, at the same time, the ringing of the cowbells.

The apartment (with electric charging station*) is located in a quiet location near a city. Several popular hiking and cycling trails lead directly from the house through the Allgäu. The approx. 55 sqm apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa bed and TV as well as a balcony to the south side.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) If required, a children's travel bed can be provided. The cozy house has a total size of 80 square meters, with the tiled stove being the heart of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the terrace, the beautiful meadow and Alpine views invite you to linger.

Ideal for 3-4 people. In about 15 minutes' walk you will find the famous "Eistobel" or by car, for example, Lake Constance, Alpsee Bergwelt, Skywalk are easily accessible.
