Small but lovely granny flat in a detached house with a separate entrance in a new development. Construction work is currently taking place on the neighbouring property! The price varies by number of guests. It applies to the specified number of guests. Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm, each 500 m away), the historic city centre (Nikolaikirche 800 m away) and the surrounding countryside are generally within walking distance. From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten, you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, and a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Built in 1850, the terraced house has recently been extensively renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. In two separate bedrooms with king-size beds, a children's bedroom with sofa bed, a modern cooking and dining area as well as a spacious living room with adjoining roof terrace, you will find everything you need for a relaxing Allgäu vacation.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Therefore, it could be that you occasionally become acquainted with "Allgäu scents" and tractor noises ;-) Our accommodation offers a double bed (180-200) and a sofa bed (140-200).
