The property comprises a separate bedroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette, and a small bathroom. Since this year, a unique, covered outdoor loggia has been built. It provides a special place to unwind in the heart of nature, whatever the weather. The garden can also be used. In the loggia, you can hear the rippling of the spring and, at the same time, the ringing of the cowbells.

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

Cozy apartment in the Allgäu with beautiful views

The apartment is located on our farm. Therefore, it could be that you occasionally become acquainted with "Allgäu scents" and tractor noises ;-) Our accommodation offers a double bed (180-200) and a sofa bed (140-200). Ideal for 3-4 people. In about 15 minutes' walk you will find the famous "Eistobel" or by car, for example, Lake Constance, Alpsee Bergwelt, Skywalk are easily accessible.

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.
