Può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 7 persone. L'appartamento è disposto su due piani, presenta un'ampia zona giorno con cucina separata e superattrezzata e tre camere da letto totalmente rinnovate. Una con il bagno en suite e un grazioso salottino con camino, le altre due si affacciano sulla via pedonale.
