Semi-detached house located between Eckernförde and Kiel, which I rent out during our holidays: 5 rooms, space for at least 5 people, family-friendly, small garden, centrally located, 200 m to the train station, quiet at night, bright, practical, cozy, fireplace, washing machine, water carbonator/filter in the kitchen, carport right outside the door, shed for bicycles, everything up to date. The beach is only 10 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes by train or bicycle.

Kiel city center (about 4 km), the harbor (4.5 km) or the university (2.5 to 3.5 km) are very easy to reach. Kronshagen, Kiel and the surrounding area offer a variety of variety. A cozy corner in the garden invites you to grill and relax.

It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake.
