Very nice, spacious, clean and in a strategic location to visit the center and all the wonderful places nearby.

I've never been to such a clean place like this – and cleanliness is really the most important thing for me! Everything was sparkling clean and beautiful. The apartment is located in a quiet village, a short walk from a bakery and a pizzeria. Another plus: You can park right outside the door and securely lock the gate. The apartment is perfectly equipped and furnished with so much love and charm, much more beautiful and loving than in the photos. I will definitely try to come back. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Top service and perfect maintenance!

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew's place - it was warm and accommodating for the 4 of us - my husband and I and a couple of friends. Everyone had their own room and space and the master loft suite was just lovely - a little warm when we were there but nice regardless. Sitting out on the front porch with coffee in the morning listening to the bell tower was the highlight of each morning. It was a perfect location, walking distance to everything in town. Great communication and recommendations by the host. Would love to stay again.

A true home away from home experience. We have travelled for over 2 months, this is my favourite Airbnb we have stayed in, not to be missed if you get the opportunity!! Free parking only 150m from the door, unique experience of staying in a 700 year old village, beautiful interior to the house with all the touches to make you comfortable, Irena was able to book us wine tastings, cheese tastings, restaurants and anything else you’d like to do in Vipava valley - it’s like having your own tour guide. Will be recommending this house and experience to anyone I hear visiting Vipava Valley. Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the canal. The accommodation was perfect, and the host’s approach was outstanding. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again. Highly recommended.

This is my second time reviewing Giuliana's place. It's a real home, spacious, comfortable and even warm if you go in winter;) You get to the sea or shops in a few minutes, but the location is green and quiet. Giuliana is a perfect host, and we recommend her place to anyone who wants to spend a period of total relaxation in Caorle with family or friends.

Lovely little studio in a nice quiet neighbourhood with a garden/padio. Quick walk to town and the harbour with some grocery stores/restaurants. Only thing to note: the bed is a double bed not 2 singles

The apartment was exactly as described: spacious, with a view of Rialto Bridge and conveniently located. Orsola was extremely helpful in getting transport for us from the airport and to the train station. She was also always quick to answer questions. It was a wonderful experience staying at this apartment.
