A one km from the Catania and Messina located in a ideally located for visiting the tourist centers and archaeological sites of eastern Sicily, Etna, Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges, Acireale, Acitrezza, the Aeolian Islands and many other places turistiche.La house recently decorated in a rustic and comfortable with 5 seats bed, with a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed plus extra bed on request, and a bathroom with shower.Guests lovers by the sea can easily reach by just two km with different types of spiage.Nella our house holiday will have the chance to enjoy the silence, tranquility and relatively cool summer evenings to enjoy strawberries, peaches and vegetables of the season that the owner puts at guests' disposal. Casa teo è uno spazio ampio ed arioso che si affaccia su un giardino soleggiato e ben attrezzato. Gode di una vista di mare a perdita d’occhio, direttamente sulla Riviera dei Ciclopi. L’arredamento è essenziale ed elegante, semplice ma funzionale, ogni particolare ben curato. L’appartamento , quasi interamente rivolto verso il mare, è una recente ristrutturazione di una casa del primi del 900 : -la zona pranzo/soggiorno dà direttamente sul giardino ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità -la camera da letto matrimoniale ha un bagno esclusivo -un ulteriore soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e di un altro bagno. Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.

THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. La villa si trova ai piedi dell'Etna, ma anche a pochi km dal mare, Taormina e Giargini Naxos. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). La posizione è molto strategica, per la sua vicinanza a numerose località turistiche. Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.

This luxury villa is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna and the historic center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants in Taormina are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Parking at the fee is close by (200m away). The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.
