Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

Our 55 sqm apartment offers a cozy and modern living space, perfect for couples or solo travelers. It offers a combined kitchen and living room, equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed. Another double bed can be available for visits of 3/4 guests. In a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by green spaces and free parking spots, and steps away from the charming Giesing. Nearby buses can swiftly take you to Ostbahnhof (10-minutes) or Schwabing (35).

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in and on the whole property. Heating outside our heating period (weather dependent) 10€/day.
