Easily accessible from the airport (35 min S-Bahn line 8) Close to downtown/opera, etc. (5 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] + S-Bahn [suburban train]/10 minutes on foot) Close to the fairgrounds (10 minutes by U-Bahn) On the way to the mountains - e.g. Chiemgau/Chiemsee (35 minutes by train) or Salzburg (1 hour by train) - our spacious apartment is centrally located opposite the Ostbahnhof in a very quiet courtyard, close to Munich city center, in a pleasant neighborhood. Close to stores, cafes, restaurants and beer gardens.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City Ost, which I use for project work in Munich myself during the week and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations). Shops such as bakery, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann and pharmacy are within walking distance. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and other interesting gastronomy as well. Enjoy your stay! ☃️

The flat is situated on the first floor of an apartment building and covers approximately 50 m2. It has a large living/dining room (including TV), one bedroom, a bathroom and a small separate hall area. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed also available (a cot can also be provided on request). The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

From the subway station Silberhornstraße it is only 4 stations to the central train station or Marienplatz.

The city center, the Glockenbachviertel and most of the city's sights are within walking distance. The transport connection by U-Bahn and several buses is almost perfect. The Au also impresses with its diverse restaurants, bars and shopping.
