Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

It is an 80 m² attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in closet, shower room/toilet, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (toilet/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if necessary. Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

Kitchen contains 2 hotplates, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes/dishwashing utensils, silent fridge, iron.

Two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom make this apartment the perfect starting point for your adventures in Munich. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a beautifully restored historic building on a quiet side street in the charming district of Haidhausen. You will be surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and small boutiques, as well as the Wiener Platz.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Perfect for a relaxed private or business stay in munich. This beautiful rooftop loft is located in the center of Munich between Gärtnerplatz and the river Isar. It has a wide double bed in the bedroom (200x200cm). Optional - A third guest could sleep on the sofa (190x90cm). Please ask. Schönes Dachterrassen-Loft, im Zentrum zw. Gärtnerplatz und Isar. Breites Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer (200x200cm). Optional - Ein dritter Gast kann bequem auf dem Sofa (190x90cm) schlafen (bitte anfragen).

Please note that smoking is not allowed in and on the whole property. Heating outside our heating period (weather dependent) 10€/day.

Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, sind in der umittelbaren Umgebung vorhanden Den Neubau aus dem Jahre 2016 bewohnen lediglich 3 Parteien. Es wurden ausschliesslich hochwertige Materialien eingesetzt.

The U-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk, bus right in front of the house, S-Bahn station can be reached in 5 minutes. The windows face the quiet courtyard and from the balcony you can enjoy the sunset and the view of the city center towards the Olympic Tower
