The small house

Quiet maisonette in a green setting, a stone’s throw from the Plateau de Millevaches. Ideal for recharging your batteries in the countryside; recommended for those who enjoy walking, animals and nature. The house has 2 bedrooms (the first with a 160 x 200 cm bed, the second with 2 90 x 200 cm beds), a bathroom with a shower, a living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen, and a veranda. Central heating via a pellet stove. Parking in front of the house. Please note: there is no washing machine available at the moment.

In the heart of Felletin, the house is in a peaceful setting, on the banks of the Creuse, facing the classified site of the Pont Roby. Enjoy a preserved natural environment, ideal for unwinding. The covered terrace is perfect for your meals or moments of relaxation to the sound of the river. In winter, you will appreciate the warm atmosphere of the wood-burning stove, which provides cozy comfort. You will be close to the historic center and hiking trails. NB: Cohabitation with a cat that lives outside

Moulin Sansonneche Otter Gîte

Take it down a notch in this newly renovated gîte with its own style. Gîte Loutre is located in the middle of the forest and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet. Two bedrooms overlook the river. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, a kettle and a washing machine. There is a barbecue in front of the cottage. Of course, the gîte has Wi-Fi. Your four-legged friend is welcome (surcharge).

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² gîte, surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing the natural surroundings.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
