Complete with all the comforts, located in a strategic position to easily reach the places of interest on foot. Great for a romantic getaway.

The magic of the sea

Located in an ancient Franciscan convent dating back to 1200. According to local historio, the convent building was the physical result of the transit of San Francesco d 'Assisi to Giovinazzo. The building boasts a splendid panoramic view as it overlooks the most characteristic area of the city called "Cala Porto", adjacent to the beautiful historic center. Below is the waterfront where there are free beaches, beach shores, restaurants with typical local cuisine, bars.

On the first floor of a building in the ancient core of Giovinazzo Ztl, overlooking the natural harbor, near the central square and the Cathedral, the accommodation offers hospitality and tranquility. Bright and welcoming, it comes with amenities and comforts. Transfers are available upon request. From March 1, 2024, you will pay the tourist tax of €1.50 per person (> 14 years) to be paid in cash at check-in, you will be issued a receipt.

Palazzo Framarino dei Malatesta | Noble Floor

In the historic heart of Giovinazzo, in front of the Cathedral and a few steps from the sea, stands the majestic Palazzo Framarino dei Malatesta. Built between the 14th and 19th centuries, it is one of the city’s most admired buildings. Guests stay exclusively on the Noble Floor, richly decorated with frescoes and period furniture. A member of the family lives discreetly in a separate area of the Palazzo.

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
