This is our family's second home, that we have spent over a decade customizing to our personal liking. Enjoy the 6-person hot tub, 6-person cedar sauna and gas fire pit. The home is a short walk to restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 in AK), the town square and the Girdwood Brewery! The home has a BBQ, and a record player with lots of classic vinyl!

Cozy Tiny House with Loft in Woods

This tiny, cozy house in the woods. Open the window to sounds of birds and nearby California Creek. Watch for the occasional passing moose. The couch on the main floor pulls out to a full size bed. In the loft, a queen size bed offers guests plenty of privacy. Enjoy a short walk to local restaurants, bars, coffee shop, laundromat and post office. Ours is a private home. We are a working family with kids and dogs. Although legal in Alaska, please keep all marijuana products in your vehicle.

Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!
