Large upstairs loft has king bed, built-in closets and 24" TV. 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed built-in closets and great views. Kitchen is fully appointed with GE "Slate" series appliances and everything you need. About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Spacious Mountainside Studio

Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

Downtown Historic Attic Suite

This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

Warm and cozy ski themed house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, central to everything in Gird! Enjoy the brand new 6 person Hot Springs hot tub and fire pit gazebo all year long. The home is a short walk to numerous restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 rest in AK). It's also a short walk to the Girdwood Brewery! The home has a brand new Weber BBQ, board games, a record player with lots of vinyl from the 70’s and 80’s, etc. and a 75” TV with blankets to curl up with.

Large 900 sq ft upstairs suite with separate entrance and free, off street parking. Home is in an established neighborhood near the coastal trail. Full kitchen, with full size refrigerator and stove including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The space is cheerful and full of light with a private balcony. Shared laundry area between upstairs and downstairs. Like being at home with all the conveniences, Smart TV, laundry, and high speed internet.

We aim for you to feel as though you are visiting family. The spacious yard features a large swing set for kids and a sandbox. Pat will likely greet you and give you a verbal tour of Alaska. Fast Wi-Fi. Guests have been treated to moose and babies right outside the back door, ravens, Steller jays, squirrels, and rarely a bear. There are plenty of resources for you to plan your trip. Guests especially like being able to do laundry.
