Petit studio de 15 mètres carrés très simple sur le terrain du propriétaire pour 2 personnes. Tout petit WC mais indépendant, petit coin de douche et un toute petite kitchenette pour des préparations de bases avec une plaque. 2 animaux acceptés 5€ par animal et par nuit. Pas de cafetière mais bouilloire. Nous avons également dès chiens. Même en faisant le ménage tous les jours et les toiles d’araignées c’est une petite maison dans la nature donc ça peut revenir en une nuit. Pas de wifi!

The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Coin salon et parking pour une voiture. A 1 km du bourg de Corquilleroy , 10 mn de Montargis vous donnent plusieurs possibilités de commerces, lacs et afin de mener un bon séjour. En supplément, petit déjeuner 10€/pers. Pizza 15€.
