The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Recently renovated, we are committed to offering you accommodation that combines the charm of the old and modern comforts.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Private wing within the Loupiac-Gaudiet castle

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines.
