Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a very cozy TV corner you will find down there. And exit to private veranda that hangs right over the lake.

Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome to our newly renovated apartment centrally located in Ålesund city center. Just a stone's throw away you will find the popular Brosundet, and you are within walking distance to all of the city's restaurants and other sights. The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.
