Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

Ground floor: eat-in kitchen (25 m², tiled floor), living-dining room (40 m², Burgundy stone floor, fireplace), 1 bedroom (20 m²), 1 shower room with small bathtub, and 1 WC with washbasin. First floor: 4 bedrooms (ranging from 9 to 40 m², with parquet flooring), 1 WC, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with WC. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, etc.). This historic farmhouse has been maintained to ensure comfort while preserving its 19th-century character. A garage is adjoining.

The Orangery - Chateau de Quemigny

The gite is in the orangery at the chateau de Quemigny, a listed monument. The estate is located in a preserved countryside with lot of sites to visit in the neighbourhood and surrounded by a nice garden. The gite is located on the first and second floors of the orangery: on the first floor, a vast kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, a living room, a bedroom which includes a small bathroom. Landlords live in the chateau and are always available for their guests.

The house is an old tower built on 3 levels. The lower level is the double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, it has french doors that open out onto the lower decking terrace. The middle level is the kitchen, dining sitting area with wood burning stove and flat screen tv and there is an oak staircase that leads to the upper twin bedroom with seperate toilet and basin.
