Recently renovated 2-story detached house located in the village of Giustagnana at 345 meters above sea level, a characteristic village not far from the beaches of Versilia, about 20 minutes from Forte dei Marmi. Here you will find some relaxation and peace and for those who love nature, there are several routes to take on foot or by mountain bike in the middle of the chestnut woods. Public parking nearby 150m Restaurant in the village, there are no supermarkets.

Furnished in a simple and elegant way, the white color and wood will make you feel immediately on vacation as soon as you enter the large living room. You will feel like you are on an island in Greece, with the false ceiling of beams and reeds, the concrete double bed as well as the TV cabinet and bathrooms. A simple but valuable home equipped with all possible amenities that can be managed through Alexa. A magnificent apartment!

We are in the park of the Apuan Alps, 18 km from the coast. To get here you will need to walk for 1km, and go up a dirt road for 1,5km by car. Eco-friendly house with wooden structure surrounded by nature on the Versilian hills, with spectacular sea views. In Strettoia, along the wine route, near the Via Francigena, about 15 minutes from the sea and the center of Pietrasanta, the little Athens. It is reached by a short but steep and somewhat narrow road unsuitable for inexperienced new drivers, but once you arrive, the panoramic view, peace, silence, a romantic sunset, a comfortable and welcoming home, make the climb worthwhile.

Right at the crossroad between two rivers, Seravezza offers historical gems like the Palazzo Mediceo (UNESCO World Heritage Site), amazing food experiences, folklore festivals and events, and the relaxed and extremely cosy atmosphere typical of small Tuscan villages.
