A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area is approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer a detached holiday home of approx. 60 sqm for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
