This self contained West End Hideout is part of a converted lower level Family Townhouse located in the heart of Glasgow's famous West End with it's own secure access and is only a stone's throw away from Botanic Gardens.THE LOCAL AREA has a good mix of small independent shops and quality high street names. It is a foodies' haven with two specialist cheese shops, butchers,whole-food shops, numerous delicatessens and stores such as Waitrose and Marks & Spencer are all within a very short walking distance. My homely apartment is nestled in the West end,on a quiet street lined with Oak trees,in the heart of ever vibrant Hillhead.Perfectly positioned to explore the quirky thrift shops, hip cafes and bars of the West End and moments on the subway from the excitement of the shops and clubs of the City Centre. The building itself is a part of Glasgow’s history,completed in 1845 and designed by one of Glasgow’s most celebrated architects, Alexander’Greek’Thompson and is part of Glasgow’s Heritage Trail.
