This stunning apartment became a ruin after the 1979 earthquake and after 42 years it's been given back the charm and character that adds to the charisma of Kotol Old Town. The apartment is located near the back entrance where there was once a swing bridge that was used to service the old town homes , restuarants and hotels. Apartment Aneta, central and quiet.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
