The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

On the ground floor, a 50 m² kitchen and living room open onto a 30 m² tree-lined terrace with a jacuzzi (available March to September). The property includes 3 bedrooms: Ground floor: 1 double bedroom (10 m²), 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (20 m²). Basement: 1 double bedroom 20 m²

The house was built by a lord of the Order of the Knights of Malta in the 17th century to build his own village. A private outdoor area is at your disposal with deckchairs, table, chairs and barbecue by reservation (provide your charcoal).
