Princes Street and the Dean Village and art galleries are 10 minutes walk away (0.5miles), the Conference Centre is 5 minutes walk away (0.25miles) and the Castle and Old Town are 20 minutes walk (1mile). There are numerous excellent restaurants and pubs in the vicinity, and for rugby fans Murrayfield is a 22 minute walk away (1.1miles).

This bright and airy ground floor property is fresh & clean with everything you should need for a short stay. This main door entrance property compromises of a double bedroom, open plan livingroom, diningroom & kitchen & bathroom with shower with level access. Balbirnie hotel & Laurel bank are within walking distance. There are lots of local walks including the pilgrims way. The train station is a 7 minute walk with links to Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth so it's a great location for exploring.

Finished & furnished to a high standard the property is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Fully contained garden to front, and private courtyard to rear, both ideally positioned to enjoy the morning and evening sun. Only a few minutes to the local beach, pub, shops & golf courses. Pets welcome.

Log Cabin in Auchtertool.
The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.
