Neben dem traumhaften Meerblick erwarten Sie im Obergeschoss 3 luxuriöse Schlafzimmer mit 2 modernen Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß erwarten Sie eine private Sauna, ein voll ausgestatteter moderner Küchenbereich sowie ein großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich mit Panoramakamin. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

With two bathrooms, three bedrooms and plenty of space to sit together and relax, the house is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The garden and terrace are south facing and completely quiet. Garden furniture, loungers, barbecue, beach chair and bicycles are provided. A tourist tax will be charged on site according to local fee regulations!

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Our beautiful thatched house (built in 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the 3000 m², partially natural property (ginster) and the landscape. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
