Pınar hanım çok nazik ve kibar bir hanımefendi. Bizi candan karşıladı Ev, iki çift için her bakımdan ideal. Çok güzel bir bahçe ve havuza sahip. Bakımı üst seviyede. Konum olarak her yere yakın. Kendim Çeşme de ev kiralayan olarak, her zaman Pınar hanım mi evini yine tercih ederim ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Öncelikle Cevat Bey ve eşi Songül Hanıma tatil sürecimizde bize gösterdikleri ilgi ve güler yüzleri için teşekkür ederiz. İhtiyacımız olan şeyleri tedarik etme konusunda oldukça yardımcı oldular örneğin su ısıtıcı bozulduğunda hemen yenisi ile değiştirdiler. Havuz oldukça güzel ve temizdi, her gün temizliği sağlandı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi gayet sevimli ve sıcaktı :) Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Konumu açısından Göcek Yat Limanına yakın olmasının avantajı ile yat turu yapılabilir, yakındaki İnlice Plajına gidilebilir fakat farklı aktiviteler için araç ile gelinmesi uygun olur. Bir yere gitmeyip evde kalıp havuz keyfi yapmak ve sakinliğin tadını çıkarmak isteyenler için oldukça iyi bir tercih 👌🏻

Her şey çok güzeldi ev tertemizdi. Engin bey bütün sorularımıza çok hızlı cevap verdi ve çok cana yakındı.

We had an unforgettable stay at this private wonderland! The stunning views were breathtaking, and the villa felt like a serene escape from the world. The hosts were always responsive and super helpful whenever we needed anything, which added to the overall sense of relaxation. They also provided loads of great local recommendations, which helped us make the most of our stay. The property itself was perfectly suited for families, spotlessly clean, with plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. There's a lovely village nearby with some great amenities, but for more extensive shopping or exploration, we found having a car was essential – the closest city is about 45 minutes away. With a vehicle you can truly make the most of the area's beauty and attractions. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone! We can’t wait to return! Dreaming about the garden everyday!

У Арифэ потрясающая вилла, которая превзошла наши ожидания. И сам хозяин очень отзывчивый и сделал максимум, чтобы наш отдых был самым лучшим. Больше всего заполнился огромный бассейн с чистой водой, глубокий, мы проводили там все время. Хорошая гриль зона, где может разместиться вся компания. У каждой комнаты своя отдельная ванная, мы были компанией 8 человек и все чувствовали себя супер комфортно. На кухне было все необходимое, и 2 больших холодильника вмещали продукты на 3 дня. Сама вилла находится чуть в отдалении от города, окружена зеленью, нет соседей, так что мы были совсем одни и могли расслабиться, никому не мешая. При этом до ближайшего магазина можно было дойти пешком (20 мин) или доехать на машине (7 мин). В доме хорошая звукоизоляция: можно было спать, пока во дворе играла музыка. Мы с радостью вернемся снова!

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

Our group of three couples had an incredible stay at this hidden gem. The villa offers perfect privacy with separate suites while providing tasteful gathering spaces around the pool. The mountain views were breathtaking, especially during sunset when we gathered for drinks on the terrace. We loved how peaceful and secluded it felt while still being close enough to explore Fethiye's attractions. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and arranged a lovely private boat tour for us.

Ailecek kaldığımız bu yerde çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Her şey dört dörtlüktü, her şeyden önemlisi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik, kendi evimizde olsak ancak bu kadar rahat ederdik. Bu konforu sağladığı için çok mutlu ayrıldık buradan. Ayrıca eve girdiğimiz andan itibaren Özden hanımın güleryüzü ve sıcakkanlılığıyla karşılaşmak bizi çok mutlu etti. Evin temizliğine diyecek bir söz yok. Her şey tertemiz, pırıl pırıldı, ayrıca tüm temizlik gereçleri mevcut. Sorun yaşamak mümkün olmasa da herhangi bir sorumuz vs. olduğunda Özden hanıma her dakika ulaşabildiğimiz için çok memnunduk. Evin konumundan da ayrıca memnun kaldık, 10-15 dk mesafede çok güzel restoranlar, cafeler mevcut. Fethiyede yapacağımız tatillerde artık rotamız belli.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Natur und unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeberfamilie! Die Lage ist perfekt – nur eine kurze Strecke bis nach Kalkan, sodass man die Stadt schnell erreicht, aber trotzdem die Ruhe und Schönheit der Natur genießen kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Eşim ve arkadaşlarımla birlikte geldik ve inanılmaz beğendik. Gerek evin konumu, gerek ilgi alaka, temizlik her şey çok güzeldi. Ömer bey gerçekten her soruma hızlı yanıt verdi ve bana çok yardımcı oldu. Konum olarak ve mahremiyet açısından inanılmaz iyi. Fethiye de bir çok yere de çok yakın. Daha sonrasında tekrar gelmeyi isteyeceğimiz bir yer olduğuna eminim. Fethiye’ye ilk gelişimizde bu kadar iyi bir konaklama bizi çok mutlu etti. Herkese gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederim. Ekim ayında gelmemize rağmen havuzu dahi her gün kullandık. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Gelecek olanlara da gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederiz. Ömer beyden civarda ki restoranları istemeyi sakın unutmayın. :)

What a fabulous glamorous villa worth every penny, not far from Hisaranou strip about 10min walk. Emrah always responded promptly and very helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. Local shops 4 min walk. We all as a family had a fabulous stay. An outstanding villa.

The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

A really nice villa and a great location Meltem really helped when we struggled to locate the villa. And was contactable the whole stay. We would definitely recommend staying here! The villa was very clean and had almost everything we needed

An idyllic villa in complete peace. We stayed here for 3 months in winter and it brought us exactly what we went for, peace, calm and beautiful nature surroundings. The villa is huge, the pool we didn’t use as it was winter but the pool views and pool area is lovely. The house has everything you need, we did however need to buy duvets and bedding as these weren’t provided. As we went in winter we had an issue with the hot water for around 3 weeks but it was later fixed. The locals are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Asim who is always available for anything you need. The village itself is small but sufficient for small food shops, rotisserie chicken, drinks etc. Fethiye town centre is approx 20 mins drive so not far at all and we preferred to live outside of the busy town. All in all, if you or your family are looking for a place to stay, I’d highly recommend this villa. We had a great time here and will definitely come back one day! :)

Great place to stay with a large group - we loved the pool! Has everything you need and host drove us to the airport!

Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi gayet güzel ve kullanışlı. Konaklama sürecinde ihtiyaç duyulacak her şey vardı. Özellikle mutfak bölümü airfry’dan filtre kahve makinasına kadar bir çok eşya vardı. Misafirperverlikleri için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Bizim sormamıza gerek bırakmadan rezervasyon işleminden çıkış işlemine kadar her türlü imkanı sağladılar.

La villa est très bien entretenue. La cours est intime et tranquille. La piscine était propre. La cuisine bien équipée. Climatisation et chauffage dans chaque chambre. Pas loins du centre de Dalyan.

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. Thank you again for what such a wonderful stay Sir.

We had the most fabulous holiday at Villa Narnia, and Selma wad the most fantastic, attentive and helpful host. The villa was luxurious and had everything that we needed, the pool and outside terrace areas were just divine. We often just opted to stay in as we loved being in the space so much. We were a family of 5, me and my hubby and two kids and also a grandma in tow. We also loved that we were not all on top of each other, as house / living areas and bedrooms are spread across 4 floors. Really special place and we will be back!! We had a car and my mum would walk into town and get a taxi back, as it quite a steep hill walking back up, but it’s so super easy and also cheap!

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Villa tamamen çevrili olduğu için manzara vs gibi bir durum söz konusu değil ama bu size privacy anlamında özel alan sağlıyor. Bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi ütü vs var. Evin genel fiziki imkanları iyi, havuz karşısında da tv vs olduğu için bahçede de bolca vakit geçirebilirsiniz . Kayaköy muhit olarak bizden iyi not aldı, kısa tatiller ve keyifli vakit için tesadüfen de olsa bence iyi tercih yaptık. Emre ye sağladığı kolaylık ve ilgisi nedeniyle teşekkür ederim. Tekrar geliriz diye düşünüyorum. ( 2 çocuklu aile, 2 çift, veya 3-4 kişilik arkadaş grupları için ideal)
