The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A baby bed and 2 travel beds and a sofa bed are provided.

Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

In our cozy apartment, nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. In the spacious living room is the sofa bed with extra topper. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub. If you like to be outdoors, whether by bike, on foot or even doing sports on the Niers, this is the place to be. For a trip with the SUP on the Niers, we offer the entry directly in the garden and if you do not have your own board, you can borrow one from us.

For nature lovers, there are beautiful routes for walking and cycling. The Goch-Ness has a large sauna and water landscape (200 m away) The shower tub is a nice place to relax and unwind. The apartment also offers a place to unwind. Many activities can be started from here.
