Sean was an amazing host! Communication and tips were spot on! It’s a great place to stay, just keep in mind in the summer there isn’t an AC, so it’s can get pretty warm in the room and with the limited window you can’t really cool it off. However I can’t wait to stay again in the cooler months! Besides from the AC I would definitely recommend Sean as a host!

Ryan is a great host, quick to respond to questions, and helped make sure check in was smooth with the front desk of this property.

Location was close to Tahoe village. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen was just a little small to cook in, but it was manageable and had everything we needed. It was very clean. Thank you.

A couple things to note: I had originally booked a chalet, but decided to upgrade to a suite to surprise my hubby. Little did I know, or not pay attention to that the sweets do not have barbecues and kitchens while the chalets do. If you upgrade to a suite you cannot BBQ from your room! Luckily once I explained my mistake to the very kind and helpful front desk staff they were able to swap us to a chalet the next day. One thing that did surprise me a little is that the Pines has outdoor trash cans that stay outside overnight and are not their proof, every morning in the common areas on the deck by the water there were sideways trash cans with trash spread about due to being left out overnight for the bears. Watch your step bc there was massive bear duty by the trash as well!

This is a great value. Even though the furniture is a bit worn and dated, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. This place would be our first choice when deciding to come back. [Recommendation: avoid room 424B due to constant noise from the above ventilation units that run around the clock; request a room at a lower level or at the center of the building when checking in. The front desk was accommodating and allowed us to change rooms after the first night.]

We’ve been to Lake Tahoe for the past 6 years straight. This was the first time utilizing ABNB and staying at Marriott Timber Lodge. We have nothing but positive things to say. Mike was easy to communicate with from the start, understanding of our needs and willing to accommodate any requests we had, and was honest and truthful in everything he said. The room at Marriott’s Timber Lodge was exactly what we hoped it would it. The location was perfect and in the heart of Heavenly Village and the hotel amenities were just as described. We look to returning next summer once again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

My family of three really enjoyed staying in the 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen. We stayed in a ground level unit since we brought our bikes and it made for easy access in and out of the resort. There are many trails that you can hike or bike to go to Nevada Beach or even to Stateline. The Round Hill shopping is very convenient for grocery shopping and there are various restaurants there as well if you don't feel like cooking. We took advantage of the pool, recreation room and grill areas. We look forward to visiting again next summer.

Perfect location central to South Lake Tahoe area, walking/scooter distance to tons of restaurants and activities! Clean room with a nice kitchenette area. Will def use again in the future !

This was a great little place. It had everything we needed. I took kitchen stuff in case, but there were spoons, forks, pots, pans, cups, a microwave, fridge, and a mini stove (I didn’t use). It was also very clean. I believe this resort is right in the middle of everything. There’s so much to do around there. The lake is only 2 mins away where you can hangout or do activities like parasail, kayak, pedalboat, paddle board, etc. The concierge is very helpful. They give you many discounts on places nearby which include restaurants, activities and such. There are also many places to hike. We went to inspiration point and cascade falls. Very beautiful, worth the 20-30 min drive. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very nice place overall. Newly renovated rooms, clean facility. It is ski in and ski out for regular season dates. We happened to be during earlier season time and had to drive to California lodge side 7-10 min which we absolutely did not mind. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, place is next to ice skating rink movie theater and more…My family had great time, kids enjoyed activities which facility offered on daily basis: kids bingo night, s’mores, computer games(Xbox) and other… overall Marriott timber lodge had full schedule of all kinds of things to do from yoga to swimming in the heated pool. It is conveniently located close to the Lake Tahoe with public access to the beach. Host was very responsible and answered every question. Helped to resolve parking charges that were incorrectly applied. We will definitely consider coming back.

The Everline is a beautiful resort right on the mountain. The room was spacious and clean. The fireplace unfortunately did not work for the duration of the stay. When I asked the front desk about this, they directed me to the owner of the unit, as it was an Airbnb’d unit, and declined to look into it. Communication via the Airbnb app was unfortunately not working for the stay. Also, be aware that the Everline does not provide turn down service for Airbnbs, per my discussion with the front desk. Overall, these were somewhat minor inconveniences, and it was still an overall enjoyable stay. It’s hard to beat staying right on the mountain with your own lift and ski valet!

Everline is a fantastic resort. Would definitely recommend staying here. Booking through AirBnB may save you a little money but it is also considered a "non rental" by the hotel meaning some services from the hotel are not available ie extra towels and stuff in the room.

We came up to Palisades for the week with our friends. They booked directly through the Everline resort; we booked Pat's place, and I'm so glad we did! Here's why: 1. We paid less than our friends did for the exact same room type! 2. Our rooms were not only beautiful, they were exactly as pictured. (Our friends were expecting the kind of room layout / view seen on the resort website, but there's no guarantee - and what they got was okay but not what they wanted). 3. ...and perhaps most importantly, Pat was an amazing host. He responded promptly to every question we had, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks very much, and we will definitely rebook when we come back to Palisades!
