Monthly Rentals in Goleta

What more is there to say - a beautiful room in a lovely house with expansive views. A stunning kitchen with extensive amenities, many bathrooms, a washer & dryer, open living space, big TV.... I could go on but I would be forgetting the two most important things: 1) a POOL and HotTub with outdoor BBQ and seating, and 2) most of all - Kevin. He is kind, responsive, and a great host. I couldn't recommend high enough.

Small but clean functional one bedroom unit, good price/performance ratio. Most equipment needed was there, Keurig coffee maker (with some capsules for the start) very much appreciated. Modern comfortable and spacious (given the overall size of the unit) bathroom and shower. Host responded very quickly to all messages and questions. Neighborhood was very safe, good to walk to Goleta bus stop on Hollister through public footpath away from road, also good area for bicycling. During afternoons / early evenings a bit noisy from time to time (as I worked sometimes at home), but normal life, kids and families, it was nothing serious. Street parking can fill up, but some further distance away (Kellogg) were always spaces. Would stay again!

Greetings, Note: This home is hosted by Sydney and Alex (solid job you two) yet owned by a family (w/guest) and 2 cats—the dynamic of who to contact isn’t complicated but it can become so if you’re not clear on the parameters (this includes w 1 of the cats). •Stay Length: 4 months (initially 3 months with an extension) •Traveling guests: Solo (no pets) •Purpose of visit: Scouting locations for work with lots of recreation and leisurely activities to pass the time. •Why this spot: Decent looking space; interior color scheme matched my early 40’s monochrome vibe. •Favorite points: Location, I biked as much as I could and went to the end of the pier almost everyday—good few miles from this spot to the ocean—who can’t love SB’s weather (no one). Owners were nice & considerate and kept to themselves. Wish I could change: Not a fan of a low ceiling, Laundry is by owners kitchen (laundromat preferred), need screen on window (cat jumps in). Overall: Legit Experience.

Micah is a lovely hostess. The grounds are lush and make for a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. We appreciate her warm hospitality and while our trip was short, she made us feel at home. The location was ideal for us to visit our daughter at UCSB and explore downtown SB, less than a 10min drive. Thank you for the friendly conversations and opening your home to us! We will be visiting and staying again with you soon.
