Confortable and new studio of 35 m², fully equiped (Double bed, fournitures, bathroom, WC and Kitchen with acessories, TV and Wifi). A convertible single bed is available for 3rd guest. We are located in a very quiet area due to the large garden. Possibility to rent directly without platform fees (via rental contract for instance ): Please contact me. We are very close (150 m) to RER B 'Lozère station' (20 min. to Paris), and 200 m from polytechnic school and Saclay research area.

This 32 sq.m charming millstone house is very private with an entrance, a living room with kitchenette, one bed for two 160x200 or two beds 80x200, corner office, android TV and a big bathroom with shower and plenty of storage space. The accommodation consists of a ground floor and an upper floor (staircase not suitable for people with physical difficulties). It is located in an independent building with a private garden, as well as 2 parking spaces: be careful with large vehicles – max length = for Master, Trafic and equivalent. You must have a vehicle to get there, or plan a taxi, if you plan to come by RER (Chevreuse or Orsay). Sheets and towels are provided. No pets allowed.
