Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Goms District

The studio is a pleasant size for 1-2 people. The outdoor area is well maintained and in the garden there is a nice seating area. Everything was clean and well furnished.

We loved our stay at Chalet Carve our only regret is that we didn’t have enough time to stay longer. The chalet was immaculate, centrally located and walking distance to everywhere. We felt so at home and wouldn’t have anted to stay anywhere else.

We have visited the place for the third time in last few years. Great place, greta host! Highly recommended.

It’s a beautiful scenic mountains locations. On a sunny day you can see a group of para gliding people from the mountain flying like birds and the Swiss Alps covered with snow a contrast spectacular yore from the property. He kept the detached house very clean and all amenities.

Everything worked out very well! Sheila welcomed us very nicely and gave great tips for places to discover and eat. We were also allowed to use private bicycles. The apartment was very clean, has a lot of space and is located right on the lake and in 5 minutes you are in Locarno!

Hugely successful 'once in a lifetime' family skiing trip, largely due to our host John's exceptional help in all matters. There were 17 of us and everbody was happy with their sleeping arrangements. John located us looking lost in town, escorted us up the hill and put chains on our rental car. He was the perfect gentleman, calm, welcoming and helpful. Excellent support before and during our stay. The Racklette John and family produced was delicious, a novel meal and a first for most of us. Lots of little extras, like the Xmas tree and sleds for the kids. So much ice cream we could hardly finish it all! Oh, and the brand new kitchen.

Everything was just amazing! I stayed for 4 nights with Sheila and her cats and had a very good time in Minusio. The house is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and just a few footsteps away from the lake. Sheila is a wonderful host that helps you with everything you need and she is very nice to talk with!

A good friend and I felt very comfortable at Sheila's. We were able to really enjoy her lovely balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains for our specially prepared breakfast. In the kitchen, we were allowed to use everything we needed. With Sheila's small bikes, you could ride everything along the lake to Ascona and enjoy dinner there. Near Sheila's home there was a lovely meadow and swimming in the lake, right by the fine Osteria restaurant. My good friend heard the train at night and needed earplugs. I myself didn't hear it much and I could sleep well without earplugs. Very nice hostess. You shouldn't have any trouble with the cats, because you encounter them everywhere every now and then, but they are not cheeky. Thank you Sheila for the nice stay with you and your trust.

This was our second time staying in this home. Perfect for us and our dogs. Easy to walk to cafes and the harbour. The host was super friendly and helpful. See you again soon!

Thank you for a pleasant stay! Only parking was a bit complicated, because you can hardly park your car anywhere in Locarno/Minusio for more than a few hours. This is of course not Valentina's fault. I just want to advise all future guests to arrive without a car.
