Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Gondomar

Wonderful stay in a beautiful rural lemon farm. Very peaceful and idillic, perfect for a quiet week away, especially in the summer sun. Will require access to a vehicle to get anywhere but some wonderful places as Jorge recommended only a short drive away.

We were a group of six, and the location offered coziness, luxury and privacy. The contact with Hugo went perfectly, both upon arrival and departure. We enjoyed it, and can highly recommend this blissful villa. Regards, Michael & Dinja

Very cozy house, the interior super cozy and comfortable, with everything a house needs and very clean. The exterior has a very large area, a good view, and parking inside the property. There is also a jacuzzi in a reserved area. I want to leave a special highlight to hosts who have always been very friendly and helpful.

A very quiet, rustic and rural setting. Sooooooo peaceful. Fantastic place to escape the city, get some rest and reconnect with nature. The outdoor, wood-heated bath was great, although it did seem a little decadent for just one person. Ideal for a couple. There is a river and Diogo (who is very friendly and very helpful) said he has a canoe. Although it was still quite cool in the mornings (early April), there is a wood-burner and an AC unit that also heats. The driveway is do-able but more for adventurous drivers. The village (Macieira da Maia) is very authentic and it is only about 10-15 min to the beach. Vila do Conde has a beautiful old-town. Many great beaches along the coast. Braga is only about 40 min, Oporto, about 20-30 min by car.

The space is wonderful! Was the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, even shampoo, softener, towels for the pool! I want to return for a stay of more days and enjoy the rest of the house and I will recommend 100%! It is 20 minutes from Porto and there are ubers on site. The pool space and jacuzzi is very nice, both with the indoor pool and discovery! The temperature of the pool is wonderful! Tiago was always ready to answer any operating questions or location! Thank you for this amazing weekend!

We had wonderful days. Interior of the spaces are a bit dated, but everything is clean. Pool and views really beautiful. The pool is shared with Farmhouse 2 but is fine to do. In the house also more than enough space, large kitchen. Communication with Hugo was fast and easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvio's place. We didn't meet Silvio ourselves, but Vanessa, who was in charge of check-in etc. was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The house has everything you need, is very clean and tidy and is within walking distance to many things - and at least to public transport. If you come by car, there is even a garage. The weather was not amazing, so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the terrace, but we have to do that. We would love to come back and highly recommend the house to others.🤗

Our stay at Fred's was perfect from start to finish. Extremely clean, great location and quiet, the accommodation has everything you need for a great stay in Porto. With his great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, his very helpful directions for getting around without any worries and his sincere kindness, Fred allowed us to have a perfect week. The pictures honor the apartment as it is exactly what you will get. it’s orientation is perfect once the resting area (room and toilet) is on the west side of the building, while the living area is located in the east part of the building, meaning that one can benefit from the sunrise in the room and sunset in the living room and resulting on a great light inside the house. The kitchen is all equipped, having a dish machine, laundry machine which also dries, all the basics to cook, pans, cutlery, toast machine, a boiler for water and coffee machine. Sousa family provided coffee capsules, tea and sugar as courtesy and a great detail was to provide the basics to cook (sunflower oil, olive oil, peppers, parsley, aluminum foil, salt) which is a nice gesture. the apartment has good finishings, being mostly wood, making the atmosphere warm. Well isolated apartment, had no need of AC which is available. Views, well, the only aspect that pictures do not honor, in loco is much better!

The accomodation is beautiful and Sónia has thought of almost everything to keep a family entertained during their stay. The pool and garden are stunning and definitely deserving of 5 stars! Unfortunately due to the cooler weather we didn't get to use the pool this time but it's beautiful even to look at. Sónia met us when we arrived and showed us around. She gave us some local information, tips on where to eat, shop etc. She was very friendly and helpful. Sónia was also very responsive when we needed to contact her at 9pm on our first night (thanks!). This is a beautiful place to stay.

Rui very attentive, the house is amazing… everything very organized and clean, I see the care and love in every corner of your house! I felt at home… The energy of the place is spectacular. I loved it!

We had a great time at Fred's place 😉 Accommodation matches the photos, clean and well-equipped. The location is ideal, shops nearby as well as the metro and bus line (very convenient). This home is a gem! We love it! It is so spacious with 4 bedrooms and a huge terrace the size of a one bedroom apartment. The view through the huge windows overlooking the neighbourhood and forest is so beautiful and relaxing. However, you must have a car to go about as not much is walking distance (also no side walks). The place is quiet but not too quiet. The road at the front gets quite busy sometimes but the noise is not disruptive at all. The huge table in the living room was perfect for working remotely. The white lighting in the house is great for working. There's also a lot of sunlight as there are sliding doors in every room. It can get cold sometimes but the house is not humid at all, and the AC heating heats up the house easily. Shower is great. Spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is huge with everything we need for cooking. We're also really grateful to have a dishwasher! Diana is very friendly and helpful when we have questions. We highly recommend this place and the host! :)
