We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

Borgo Saturno: villa intera in collina.

Our house at the foot of the Modena Apennines is inside an old village, a former paternal residence from which it takes its name "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is spread over 2 levels with a floor area of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a kitchen. Going up the stairs we find a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, plus terrace overlooking both sides of the Apennines.

Exclusive Loft/Attic [center] Terrace+Jacuzzi

Loft/Attic located in the city centre, adjacent to the historic Piazza Garibaldi, the beating heart of Parma. The attic was designed by a renowned architect, who has made this space unique. The living area with a large and bright living room overlooks the roofs of Parma with an exclusive terrace. This is complemented by a wonderful custom-designed kitchen. Modern double bedroom with wardrobe adjacent to the bathroom with Jacuzzi bath to relax after a cold winter day.

La casa è completa di tutti i comfort, si trova in un'ottima posizione vicina a molti servizi. Comoda per parcheggiare l'auto davanti a casa o di fronte, senza divieti. Dista circa 25 minuti da RCF Arena, struttura all'aperto per concerti e spettacoli. Dista circa 20 minuti dal casello autostradale di Reggiolo/Rolo e dal casello di Pegognaga, circa 25 minuti da quello di Reggio Emilia. Per chi viaggia in aereo dista ad un'ora dall'aeroporto di Bologna e Verona.

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area.
