L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . Charming Manor House close to the vineyards and 30 min from the sea. 🚶‍♂️ You are an 8-minute walk from local shops: grocery store, bakery, tobacco shop, restaurant, hairdresser... The house accommodates up to 6 people with all the comforts you need. 🌿 Optionally, an independent wooden eco-lodge (Dome) in the garden can accommodate 2 additional people (total capacity: 8 people), by reservation and with surcharge. Both properties are never rented at the same time.

Upstairs is a large 70 m2 living room with a lounge, an equipped kitchen and a living room. Plus a toilet. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.

You will have easy access, on foot, to the bike path, and the various activities offered by the site.

L'interlude – Gîte l'Arbousier

We welcome you at the foot of the Caroux and on the edge of the Passa Païs Greenway. The gîte has been completely renovated and has a beautiful living room open to the outdoor vegetation. It consists of 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. The garden has a small relaxation area and barbecue. Fully private parking Lots of activities in the surroundings.

On the side of the mountain between Espinouse and Caroux (400 m above sea level), this typical 62 m² peasant building, eco-restored in 2017, accommodates you in the heart of a very quiet hamlet. From the terrace, a superb view of the Avants-Monts invites you to enjoy outdoor activities. A walk in the forest is possible right outside the gîte!
