Fully air-conditioned cottage with two units. Last property in the village. It is very important to note that the swimming pool is for the exclusive use of this cottage ONLY (swimming pool open from 15 May to 15 September; no visitors from outside the contract are permitted). Rates for low season, mid-season and high season (July and August only, minimum weekly stay). New small garage; we are located on the same property. You are completely obscured .cheminand walls of separations. Total certainty assured.

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.
