Also the Neisse, which takes you to the Polish side, is not too far away. You will find a fully furnished apartment. In the upper area there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the lower area is the living room with a spacious open kitchen with dining area as well as 1 toilet.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
