This luxurious 48 m2 apartment+19m2 balcony is in the center of town, 2 mins from a ski lift, 5 mins from the main street. It features a fully equipped chefs kitchen open onto a spacious living area complete with fireplace and large outdoor terrace. The modern bathroom has both a spa bathtub with jacuzzi and separate shower with rain-head. We are also owners of the FLYZermatt paragliding business. This lovely/downtown studio, named Comet , is located in Haus Gornera. It is newly renovated and ideal for 2. Despite located in the building basement, it is bright and from the large window you can enjoy a surprising Matterhorn view. Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

Cozy and bright double room. Beautiful view of the mountains. Quiet location. 5 minutes walk to the centre of Zermatt, trainstation and to the ski/mountain lift. Attention, during the off-season there is construction work happening in the surrounding area. - Gemütliches, helles Zimmer.  Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. In ruhiger Lage. Dorfzentrum, Bahnhof, Bus- und Skistation in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.  Achtung, in der Nebensaison wird in der Nachbarschaft gebaut.

Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee, kettle, toaster, Raclette & Fondue. A double bed (140x200) with storage drawers, a wardrobe, table and chairs furnish the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Bedding, bath and kitchen linens are available.

Charmant studio de 38 m2 avec balcon et vue directe sur le Cervin. Il est entièrement équipé (cuisine, salle de bain). Il se trouve en plein cœur du village de Zermatt. Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Cozy studio in a central location

In the summer of 2020, we renovated our studio. It is located in a prime location approx. a 5-minute walk from Zermatt train station and the Gornergratbahn. The balcony offers beautiful views over the village. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a bathtub, a 1.80 m bed, a seating area and a small dining table. TV with Apple TV box (no cable TV!) & Wi-Fi are available. The house has an elevator and a ski storage room.

3 Steps from the ski lift/train. Roomy 1 bedroom apartment covering the top floor of a central riverside chalet. Sleeps 2 adults. Stylishly furnished and well equipped the apartment includes a dedicated workspace with 2 desk lamps ( with integrated wireless phone chargers). New kitchen in 2021 with all new appliances etc. Possibly the best location in Zermatt.
