It is twelve minutes from the tram station and the train, there are two large shopping centers within five minutes by car and the center of Graz is ten minutes by car and the airport is five kilometers away. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little soccer with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.

Cosy garden cottage for up to 2 people, located on the southern outskirts of Graz. All animals are welcome. Heating is provided by wood (tabletop stove). Bus stop approx. 200 m away, public parking (free) approx. 200 m away, loading and unloading on the property possible. The cottage is located on the same property as the main house; the two hosts, a small dog and a cat live here. Laundry and breakfast service available on request.

Located in the center, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and you can reach the main train station in 10 minutes. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path for exercise? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you can see the flowing mill and are surrounded by lots of nature. The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.
