The proximity to our home allows us to provide you (on request) with a washing machine/dryer (common independent cellar). Shared garden (not enclosed) and not private.

Located in Payrac in the Lot department, the accommodation we offer is fully equipped. You will find a large living room with a lounge area, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Finally, you can enjoy a beautiful view while sitting comfortably on the terrace, which is located in a small enclosed area of 80 m² where children can play safely, as can our four-legged friends. Small stone cottage, simple and pleasant, in the middle of woods and walnut orchards ideally located in the Périgord Noir. Large attic room (fairly low ceiling) with stone walls, with a large king size double bed. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable night's sleep even in very hot weather. Small equipped kitchen, with oven and microwave. Spacious and bright bathroom. A charming terrace overlooking the forest, in the quiet of birdsong.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in the heart of the Lot countryside. Close to highway exits and tourist sites (Cahors, Rocamadour, Padirac etc...) We have chosen not to include sheets and towels in the price. I can provide them for the price of 15 euros per bed (beds made). However, you can bring your own linens. For a 7-night stay, free bed linens and towels.
