Monthly Rentals in Gourmet Ghetto

I spent a wonderful week at Patsy's beautiful property. The Northside neighborhood is lovely - comfortable and quiet, but just a five-minute walk to the University of California campus. Patsy was a dedicated communicator, always very helpful to me. I managed the full week with no car, but I did swallow my pride and take an occasional Uber home at the end of a long day. The property is on a steep hill, and my climbing legs are not what they used to be. (To be fair, I saw joggers tackling the hill virtually every morning, and I did get more and more comfortable with it as the week progressed. It certainly gave me a good workout!) Fantastic stay in a great area. Just a few blocks from great restaurants, and the neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful walk. The stay was clean, comfortable, and had everything that I needed. Justin was incredibly responsive! I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

This is a good studio. The location is great. It is in a very safe and quite area. It's about 10mins walk to restaurant and grocery stores. The living room is very beautiful and I like work and reading here. It also has a small kitchen thus I can cook.
