Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Relax in this fun and stylish accommodation with a 4-meter by 2-meter swimming pool (in July and August only). Our house was completely renovated at the end of 2022! The calm will allow you to recharge your batteries with family or colleagues while being close to all shops. NOTE: Pac-Man video games as well as the 37 games of the second console are FREE. However, please note that the professional Foosball table is still paid and will require a 50-cent coin per game.
