Die gemeintschaftlich genutzteKüche befindet sich auf der Etage wobei jede FeWo einen eigenenKühlschrank,Kaffeemaschine und Toaster hat. Die FeWo im Erdgeschoß hat einen eigenen Parkplatz vor dem Haus und der große Garten lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Lage ist sehr zentral , Edeka,Penny ,Aldi sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum herrlichen Strand braucht man ca. 10 min. zu Fuß. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The apartment "Hirsch Heinrich" invites you to an unforgettable vacation between the beach (700 m away), forest and city. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the water with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus."
