Wobei jede FeWo einen eigenen Kühlschrank Kaffeemaschine und Toaster hat. 2Wohnungen teilen sich Spüle und Herd. Die Unterkunft ist ebenerdig und durch die zentrale Lage sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und Bahnhaltestellen und der schöne Ostseestrand leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Ein großer Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. We rent the modernly equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and 5 sleeping options (+ 1 cot) in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house, the Oldendorfer Tannen (a small piece of forest) begins and directly afterwards the Warnow. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Hello, you love guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.
