It is located on a large natural plot with Denmark's best beach only 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and enjoy the sun on the many wooden terraces or in the hammock. It is possible to rent a sauna tent with a wood stove, which can be set up in the garden. NOTE: Guests are requested to bring bed linens, towels, etc. And electricity is settled upon departure.

In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
