Bright, modern, functional and very quiet accommodation (in a cul-de-sac with children's games). Located just 50 m from the International Golf Course and 800 m from the Fontcaude Spa, 20 minutes from PALAVAS and 7 km from the city centre of MONTPELLIER. This 2-room apartment is located on the garden level of the villa in which we live, with completely independent and discreet access. The bedroom and bathroom are windowless because they are in the basement. But adjustable and powerful lighting provides excellent comfort.

Montpellier, Les hauts de Massane en Occitanie. très beau studio complet, indépendant et au calme, inclus dans notre maison (résidence principale dans la quelle nous résidons toute l'année ) entourée d'un jardin avec terrasse et d'une piscine hors sol. Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).

Perfectly functional, new and air-conditioned studio, in a very quiet and ideally located area. - quality bedding - Cleaning, linens and towels included. - Smart TV, Netflix. - Supermarket 5 min walk. - visit many sites between 15 and 30 min drive. - beaches, river, canoeing, classified villages, markets, hiking etc. - Free access pool, shared with another studio and ourselves. - Self check-in or in person according to our availability and your needs.

Nature just 5-10 minutes from Montpellier

T3 of 60m2 in a house, with private entrance. The accommodation has a large terrace, 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom. The space is equipped with fitted kitchenette. The house is in Grabels in the heights. You will have stunning views with nature and bird songs when you wake up, this is 5-10 min away by car and 35 min from the beaches. On foot from the house are several hiking trails (see photos). Anime to pets welcome subject to conditions.

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
