This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. Our guest house (approx. 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house can accommodate 4 people (2 adults + 2 children. On request, we also have a cot for the little ones. The courtyard offers space to romp and relax. The apartment is located in the quiet and idyllic village of Hollstadt. The Rhön recreational area is very quickly accessible. The Rhön has beautiful hiking and cycling tours. In winter, there are also opportunities for skiing/sledding and cross-country skiing. The apartment is very well connected and is a perfect stopover for trips to the south/north. The highway is just a few minutes' drive away.
