Die Wohnung ist in Latschau gelegen, viele Attraktionen wie die Golmerbahn mit Rutschenpark, Alpin Coaster, Rodelbahn, Skigebiet Golm, Flying Fox, Hochseilgarten und Kletterfels sind in nur ca. fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, mit einer gültigen Ski- oder Fußgängerkarte im Winter kann das komplette Verkehrsnetz zum Zweck des Wintersports/-wanderns gratis genutzt werden. Somit können alle Ortschaften und Skigebiete im Montafon erreicht werden.

From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Our newly renovated holiday home is situated in a large idyllic tree garden in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails and ski runs. In just a few minutes you can reach the Golm ski and hiking area and a hiking trail starting straight behind the house takes you into the fascinating mountain world of the Rätikon. Bright rooms, lots of space, cosy seating areas, comfortable beds and a successful mixture of old and new await you - the ideal place for your family holiday or vacation with friends.

Die Ferienwohnungen entsprechen allen Anforderungen von modernen Reisenden und sind der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Montafoner Bergwelt. Vor allem die großzügigen Gemeinschaftsräume im Untergeschoss des Hauses machen die Appartements im Haus Alpenblick für Familien mit Kindern sehr attraktiv.

Zudem gibt es ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Die Terrasse sowie der kleine Garten laden zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Zusätzlich gibt es ein beheiztes Kellerabteil.
