Holiday rentals with a balcony in Grad Rab

Czysto schludnie milo i spkojnie, prywatny parking przy marinie obok apartamentu.

Unterkunft war sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Alles war sehr sauber.Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, haben ein paar mal selbst gekocht.Sehr praktisch ist der Geschirrspüler und das Backrohr.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und offen.Der Balkon ist sehr groß und man hat eine schöne Sicht auf das Meer.Ein schöner Kiesstrand ist in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Es sind auch einige Lokale mit leckeren Speisen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

The appartment fulfilled every of our expectations. It was very clean & comfortable, there is everything you need in it. The highlight definetly is the view from the balkony. You look straight to the ocean and have the best sunsets there. In addition to that there is your own section at the Beach - although it‘s on the rocks, there are only a few more people and it’s quite. What you definetly need is a car & food. Nearby (15-20 minutes by car) there‘s only a little shop where you only get a little selection.

Nice stay, cozy apartment, friendly hosts, nice view from the balcony. Need a car to get around - not much to do nearby, but the island is small and easy to explore.

Ubytovanie bolo blízko pláže, v pokojnom prostredí, veľmi priestranné a čisté, 30 minút chôdze po promenáde do mesta Rab. Ako veľké plus sme vnímali prístrešok na parkovanie auta. Náš pobyt sme si užili.

The house was really good, clean and had everything you could wish for. Outside area was also amazing. Just the neighbors were a little annoying because we did a Bbq ouside at like 8 pm and they directly complained that we were to loud even though we just had dinner ouside in the evening and talkt. The day after because of that we were inside the house in the evening and just went ouside once at 9 pm to quickly jump in the pool and they directly started whistleling… both enenibgs we were inside before 10 pm and we were never just really loud we were just talking so that i dont find quite reasonable… but everything elese quite good.

La casa è bellissima, corrisponde alle foto pubblicate, ma dal vivo e’ ancora più bella. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima, e davvero super accessoriata, dal robot aspirabriciole a tutti gli utensili possibili per la cucina, tantissimi piatti, tazze, bicchieri, coltelli di ogni tipo, c’è perfino il capouccinatore. L’idromassaggio e’ meraviglioso. La posizione e’ davvero ottima per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le spiagge dell’isola. A 5’ di auto ci sono tanti supermercati molto forniti. Thomas dell’agenzia immobiliare è gentilissimo e davvero disponibile, e la proprietaria altrettanto. Davvero un soggiorno 5 stelle! Davvero un soggiorno

Wir waren Anfang September hier mit insgesamt 7 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern zwischen 1,5 und 5 Jahren und einem Baby. Das Haus, der Außenbereich und die komplette Ausstattung sind auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, funktioniert und ist sehr sauber. Internet/Wifi ist mit einer großen Abdeckung auch außen sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, um auch größere Gruppen zu verköstigen. Wir haben fast täglich den Grill und den überdachten Essbereich draußen genutzt. Es ist das ideale Haus, wenn man auch mal den ein oder anderen Tag nicht wegfahren oder nur eine kleinere Wanderung vor der Haustür machen möchte. Die Straße hoch zum Haus ist durchweg geteert und stellt auch mit einem Wohnmobil kein Problem dar. Man hat eine herrliche Aussicht über das Meer und es ist dort oben sehr ruhig. Der Besitzer ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren etwas zu früh da und haben sogar einen Welcomedrink bekommen :-) Wir können das Haus vor allem für große Familien oder für Freundesgruppen sehr empfehlen.
