Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grad Zadar

A super nice and cool cottage. The beach is right outside the door and very quiet. Nevertheless, it is not far to go shopping and eat. Marija is always there and happy to help. Everything was perfect and I can recommend the place. I felt very comfortable.

We stayed at Dragica's place for 4 nights. The place was really very clean! We felt right at home. The location was also great. By car, we were able to reach everything super fast. We were able to park the car safely right in front of the property. Overall, I highly recommend dragica's place! Cleanliness, location, communication, and comfort - all 5 stars! Thank you

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

It is a great house, with a soul and the charm of its past, we felt great there. The terrace is wonderful, very spacious and offering a nice view. There is also a super great barbecue. The house is close to many lovely spots and beaches, fish market and products from the farm are easily accessible by car. Tihana is a great host and showed a lot of flexibility for our arrival and departure. Thank you for a nice stay.

We had a wonderful time with five of us with friends and our two dogs here :) nice fenced yard and great hot tub to relax! Here everything is within 10 minutes walking distance, restaurants, bakeries, shops and beach and sea! In 15 minutes you can drive to Zadar, where there is everything else your heart desires. Ana and her husband are loving hosts and really go out of their way, right on arrival there was a guest gift and cold drinks were ready and there was even a farewell surprise! We had a great time here (despite not so great weather in April). We especially loved that everything is very dog-friendly:) The rustic house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and very elaborately, there is a lot of passion here...we will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone! :)

My family & I stayed here (2 adults & 3 young children) and we loved the house! We were welcomed with fresh bread and cake, and it was very clean. Everything was just as described and pictured, the pool was lovely to relax around, and the large outdoor grill and sauna were fabulous to have. We really didn't want to leave! Josip is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to any questions, including helping us with groceries due to Easter closure and providing a travel cot on request. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Zadar & surrounding area, Old Town is a short drive away, and we also travelled to Plitvice Lakes which took around 2 hours. Overall an extremely pleasant stay; clean, spacious and excellent amenities. Thankyou!

We had a wonderful stay at Mislav's house. The welcome was warm, and the house was even better than we expected: comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped. Mislav was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay even more enjoyable. He also organized our boat trip with great care, which made the experience even better. Additionally, his recommendation for buying local olive oil was excellent. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the region. We felt very comfortable. Pool would be cleaned every 2 days. And the pool was 27°. And Sandra is very nice and helpful. I'd love to come back

We stayed in Zlata's apartment for 2 nights. We actually arrived too early, but were very kindly received by her. She took extensive time to show the apartment and gave us a lot of tips and information about the area. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We recommend this apartment!

We really appreciated the personal contact with our host, taking the time to ensure we were in the apartment, had time to ask questions, even giving us lots of reccomendations that were perfect for our stay length. Helpful and friendly! Incredibly quiet for a city apartment. Soft music & sea organ both were a lovely occasional serenade while relaxing on the patio in the evening. We loved it ❤️~Susan and Jeff

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Nice place, exactly what we were shown and told through photos and the description. Iva was very helpful. there is a shop very close by too for general needs. would recommend but it is a 25 min walk to most of the best places so you will be using public transport.

Extremely great view, Josep picked us up from the Airport and was very nice and responsive as well, giving us restaurant recommendations all around the city. The owner of Belmont Realty is also extremely responsive and ensures a great stay! 10/10 can recommend

We had a wonderful week. The house is beautiful by the sea and with 25° really fantastic. We use the sup often. The house is far away from everything, we hadn't realized that well but also made sure we really had a vacation and just really didn't do anything. The house has all the comforts, really ideal. We only found the beds very hard, but that is personal taste. Our 3 adolescents also found it a wonderful week.

If you are looking for a very peaceful location within walking distance of shops etc then this is it. We loved our stay but the only thing I would mention is that the Uber drivers did struggle to find the place so make sure you have the map that Adrijan sends to show them but it was never an issue.

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

Villa very nice and comfortable, large bedrooms, living room, dining area, terrace. Clean and welcoming. Location approx. Unfortunately, the street was being renovated during our stay, which unfortunately made it quite noisy. Very flexible and friendly host. Overall, the trip was very positive.

Super clean, amazing back yard, excellent showers with Great Water Pressure . Our host Karlo was an absolute Class Act!! We love Croatia and all the amazing Croatian people who make you feel like you are at home.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.
