Situated at the very heart of the old town ( Zadar peninsula) our spacious, cozy, warm and fully equipped two bedroom apartment with a large balcony overseeing the famous Zadar Riva ( sea view) on the one side, and historical center including the Church of St.Donatus on the other, has the prime location perfect for a dream vacation. Naturally well-lit and within a charming, vibrant and a safe community that is perfect for singles,couples and families on holiday.

This lovely apartment is an ideal place to stay for couples. It is located in our family house on the first floor, and offers air condition, free WiFi access and parking. At Your disposal are fireplace with outside sitting place. Various restaurants and bars can be found in the neighborhood within walking distance. Small grocery store is just around the corner from the flat. The apartment is 30 minutes walking from the town center, and 10 minutes from the beach.

The newly renovated house is placed on the picturesque north side of the village Vrsi with the beach only 8 minutes away by foot or 2 minutes by car - Uvala Duboka Draga. There is also similar beach Kukinca and a sand beach that it is great for kids and families, both 5-minute drive away. Along with regular one by the coast in other part of the village - Vrsi Mulo, with bars and restaurants on the waterfront. House is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
