L’immobile è disposto su due piani e offre camera matrimoniale, camera singola, spazioso soggiorno con comodo divano letto e stanza dedicata ad una culla ivi presente, per una disponibilità totale di 5 posti letto (culla esclusa). L’appartamento si compone altresì da cucina abitabile, bagno, lavanderia, ampio giardino, e due aree coperte dedicate al posteggio di due moto, bici o autovettura di modeste dimensioni.

You'll be staying in a newly renovated apartment on the third floor of a residential building (with elevator) facing via Bafile, Jesolo Lido's main street, between Piazza Brescia and Piazza Mazzini. The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

The modern 'Grado House' is located only a few steps away from the main beaches and close to enchanting little islands. Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The house is located in the heart of of Grado island, in a quiet area of villas and gardens. The apartment is on the first floor, it is just 100m from the lagoon and 200m from the sea. The apartment has got a beautiful terrace overlooking the well-kept and shaded garden with a bike parking. ALL are welcome in our house, without distinctions, even fury friends.
