It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski center Zadov - Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. Egal ob wandern, langlaufen, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen, alle die die Natur lieben sind hier genau richtig. Rundherum befinden sich Wanderwege und Loipen. We are affiliated with the Sonnenwald vacation region. The Bavarian Forest National Park is very close. On approx. 200 square meters, a modern, comfortable and cozy ambience awaits you, ideal for 2-3 families or a large family / group.

The property is idyllically located in a valley with lots of forest in Saldenburg in the Bavarian Forest, only 25 km away from Passau. The apartment is 40 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with 3 beds, a sofa bed, a bathroom, a private terrace and a small kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.
