The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margravial Schreez Castle. In 2021 & 2022, we completely renovated the house.

This renovated and functionally equipped guest apartment is located in the center of Auerbach i. d. OPf. With about 50 square meters on the 2. floor it offers a sleeping room with king size bed (2 matresses 90x200cm) and single bed and a fully equipped combined kitchen and living room with an extendible sleeping sofa. Optional baby bed and a work desk in the sleeping room. The bathroom contains shower/toilet/sink. Public parking in the city, but no dedicated parking spot around the house.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish home with amazing views! Cozy and stylish living in the completely renovated historic old building with a unique combination of exposed sandstone walls and modern concrete look. Two regular sleeping places (double bed 160x200cm), two emergency sleeping places (2 sofas with 180cm length, without bedding) in the living area with panoramic window. Unfortunately no kitchen.(kettle, coffee machine+cups available)
