Wonderful house with spectacular views. Very peaceful location. Would make sure to arrive in daylight on first visit as last stretch of the road up to the house meanders up a narrow and steep mountainous road without rails and luminous sign posting. Holger, is an efficient and responsive host with a good sense of humour.

The terrace and the view are amazing. An absolute highlight. Otherwise, a cute, winding house and the communication with Elena was nice and uncomplicated.

The house is beautiful, spacious, with different areas to enjoy. The location in the listing is incorrect: took us to a completely different place with the postcode provided: better to look in Google Maps for Cortijo Los Almendros Holiday Home (and go first to Frigiliana the make your way there). View is breathtaking. House is close to a gorgeous white village (Frigiliana) and to beaches etc so super convenient. I am scared of winded roads so the need to go up the mountain was an issue for me but not a problem for others in the group (the drivers luckily!). The pool is not heated and that made it unusable for the adults: important to know if you book the house outside of the summer months. The childrenused it but most of the adults couldn't cope with the water temperature even when it was sunny. Antonio was super helpful and friendly while we were there, we enjoyed our stay and it is ideal for a relaxing, family holiday.

The apartment is located right next to the ski lift which takes you to the centre of town. The apartment itself is modern clean & provides everything you need for a short stay. The views are stunning from the balcony, especially for sunset. Most importantly the apartment was quiet as you do not have apartments above or below, which was very important to us. Monica was also extremely helpful. :)

This is a lovely house with fantastic views. It is a perfect place to stay if you want peace and relaxation. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. You obviously need to drive everywhere and it is important to follow Maria’s directions or you can end up on less good roads. I would love to return.

What a beautiful villa! The views are outstanding, the kitchen/living space and outdoor areas are lovely and very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group. The bathrooms and some of the bedrooms were quite dark, but we appreciate that is the design of a house built into the hillside. La Herradura is walking distance with good bars and restaurants, although as others have said it is quite a steep climb back up to the villa, but there is plenty of parking if driving. Great roads and easy access from Malaga, and easy to get into Almuñécar for larger supermarkets, buses etc. We recommend a day trip to Granada as it is only an hour away, and beautiful. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Rachel was very responsive and helpful when we were there. A minor issue with the cooker was resolved promptly. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

The villa has absolutely stunning views of the bay. A car is essential especially if you have children with you. The villa is in need of updating/replacing in areas (shower screens, parasols, kettle ) which didn’t detract from our brilliant stay but are small things that would enhance the experience and initial thoughts of the villa given it is in the “luxury” price bracket. The host was very helpful with local recommendations and communication over all

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

Loved our stay. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the accommodation is very nice, everything is in good taste. Silvana is always there to help us in case of need and she is really adorable. We recommend this place.

A fantastic place in a peaceful area, just a short walk from the sea. The view from the house and balcony was wonderfully serene. We stayed here for four weeks while working remotely, and the internet was reliable. The kitchen is modern, the bathroom well-appointed, and there are plenty of beach essentials, including chairs and an umbrella.

Perfect apartment (very clean with excellent communication with owner) to enjoy and dream of escaping a Chicago winter. The area has a very basic grocery store however a Lidel supermarket is in Motril accessible by bus vs driving. The beach bar Hoyo 19 is a Go To for breakfast, beverages plus meals. Excellent seafront walkway combo of natural and modern. I would definitely recommend.

We came as a family of six and were received courteously and openly by Eugenio Luis. In the upper suite we all found good space and were able to use both terraces and the pool due to the magnificent weather. The quiet location in the well-kept residential area was very pleasant and the sea was only a 15-minute walk away. We reached all our destinations well from Rincón de la Victoria, and we take advantage of the opportunity to relax on site. Eugenio, thank you for this wonderful stay!

José Antonio's house is worth it, it has beautiful views and its situation allows you to move around the coast.

We had a great stay. Robert was an excellent host — communication was clear and detailed. He sent lots of helpful information before we arrived and made check-in very easy. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and had an amazing view of the coastline. Would definitely stay again.

Kaukaba apartments are the ideal place for a relaxing getaway. And it's also in a very quiet location. My partner and I will definitely be back, we loved everything. The apartment has everything you need. We went for a weekend and it wasn't enough. The service was excellent, they were very attentive to anything, and they send recommendations for activities to do in the area.

Excellent place, close to nature, amazing views from windows. Bright and plenty of space. Heating inside which made comfortable staying. Very clean and cozy. Nice garden and pool for private use.
