The apartment is furnished, sunny, clean with 2 bedrooms with double beds + large living room with TV and dining room + equipped kitchen + 2 bathrooms + two balconies (sea view and pool view). The residence is secure + Pools + Play area + Supermarket. 10 min drive to Mimoza and David beaches and 25 min to Daomé, Bouznika Perfect for a family of 5 to 7 people.

A private terrace is featured with a table and black chairs, offering clear views of the sea and surrounding landscape. Natural light illuminates the area, complemented by a planter filled with greenery. The contemporary wooden slats provide a sense of privacy while enhancing the outdoor space.
